July 28, 2013 / ASIMO in Miraikan.

Last week, I went to the science museum called Miraikan (日本科学未来館).

The museum is in Odaiba area, Tokyo.
I took a train called Yurikamome (ゆりかもめ) from Shinbashi station.
Yurikamome is fully-automated transit system.

It was my first visit to Miraikan.
This is the symbol exhibit of Miraikan named Geo-Cosmos, a huge earth-like display.

The museum has a lot of exhibits and a dome theater for planetariums.
My main object on that day was to see the humanoid robot, ASIMO!

Before the show, ASIMO appeared from the resting room by himself!
And he walked to the standby position. How clever!

During the show.
ASIMO said, "Which theme do you want me to explain? Raise your hand."

ASIMO came near me! I was so excited! ヾ(*´∀`*)ノシ

ASIMO can kick a ball toward a boy. Great!

I like ASIMO since a long time ago and I wanted to see real ASIMO.
Finally I was able to meet him (her?) !!

(((*´∀`*))) ASIMO was awesome!!!

I've come to like ASIMO more and more.
I want to see him again someday. (`・ω・´)
When I see him next, he might have more evolved.
It's so exciting!!

In the museum I also enjoyed other exhibits and planetariums.
The 3D planetarium program named "BIRTHDAY" was especially beautiful.
I felt like floating in cosmic space. ヽ(* ゚ o ゚*)ノ

This is a ticket for another planetarium program named "Tender is the Night."
At the dome theater we need to get a reservation ticket to watch a program.
The reservation ticket distribution starts 10:00am at the entrance of the theater on the 6th floor.

Pamphlets of the museum.
I got a Japanese version and an English version.

That morning, on the way to the museum, I was in a hurry to get a reservation ticket for a planetarium. And that evening, there was a heavy rain when I left the museum just before closing time, so I couldn't take a picture of external appearance of the museum. ( ´д` )ゞ

I couldn't see all exhibits so I want to go there again and want to take a lot more pictures next time.
